THROWBACK THURSDAY – Drew Bledsoe. The 1990’s were a great time for sports memorabilia. Sports fans spent a lot of time and money collecting paintings, photos and sports equipment signed by their favorite players. In those days I was still painting by hand on illustration board with my airbrush, pencils, colored chalk and acrylic paints. This painting of Patriot’s QB Drew Bledsoe was one of three paintings commissioned by Nabisco Corp. for their “Gift with Purchase” promotion.
